BALL VALVE

A BALL VALVE  is a type of quarter-turn valve that utilizes a spherical disc, or ball, to regulate fluid flow within a pipeline. When the valve is opened, the hole in the ball aligns with the flow path, allowing fluids to pass through easily. Conversely, turning the valve closes the ball, blocking the flow entirely.
